Dear Jesus,

Thank you for loving me. I believe you are God’s son and that you are God. I know I have sinned. I have done many things that are wrong. I believe you died on the cross, were buried, and rose again on the third day to pay for my sins. Please forgive me of all my sins, come into my life and give me a home with you in Heaven. Help me live my new life for you.

Thank you for saving me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
